No hidden terms, no surprise commission at signing. You see the same numbers we do.
The same clarity and patience we give an investor moving crores across three cities.
One referral at a time. Most of our work now comes from people we closed for years ago.
Whether it is your first plot or your eleventh, the process and the honesty are identical.
A young professional or growing family buying their first home. You want a guide through the paperwork, not just an agent with keys.
Based in the UK, Gulf, or US and buying remotely. Video walkthroughs, airtight documentation, and someone who picks up the phone at your hour.
Building across DHA and Bahria. You want market data, honest ROI projections, and first call on launches before they go public.
Looking for office, retail, or commercial plots. You need zoning knowledge and someone who can actually negotiate a lease.
They talked me out of the first plot I wanted. Told me straight that the sector had not moved in two years. I bought elsewhere instead and it has done exactly what they said it would.
I bought from overseas without setting foot in Pakistan. Video walkthroughs every week, every document scanned before I signed. No surprises at transfer.
What keeps me coming back is that the commission conversation happens at the start, in writing, and it never moves afterwards.
One call and we will tell you what is realistic in your budget, which sectors are actually moving, and what it will cost you all-in — even when the honest answer is to wait.
If something here is not covered, call us and ask. We would rather answer it before you commit than after.
Yes — one percent from the buyer and one percent from the seller, which is the Islamabad standard. We put it in writing before you view anything, and it does not move afterwards. There is no separate “file charge”, “processing fee”, or documentation cost on top.
Regularly. We do live video walkthroughs at a time that suits your zone, send every document scanned before you sign anything, and can act on a properly executed Power of Attorney. Roughly a third of what we close is bought remotely.
We pull the title from the relevant authority, confirm the NOC and any dues, check the approved building plan, and physically verify the boundary against the file. If any of that does not reconcile, we tell you and you walk away before money moves.
Around PKR 1.5–2 crore gets you a five marla house in a settled part of Bahria Town, or a small apartment in the F sectors. Below that, you are generally looking at plots on the outskirts or files rather than built property.
Yes. We work grey structure or turnkey on a fixed schedule of rates agreed up front, with weekly photo updates and a snag list at handover. We will also tell you honestly when building is the wrong call versus buying ready-built.
Around three weeks from accepted offer to transfer if the file is clean and both parties are responsive. Our average is 21 days. Disputed inheritance, missing NOCs, or an absent co-owner can push it to two or three months.
