Our Story

We got tired of the runaround.

Every one of us worked somewhere else first. We watched buyers get quoted one commission and charged another, sellers get told their plot was worth less than it was so a deal could close faster, and overseas clients get sent photographs of a house that was not the house.

So the rule here is simple: the number you are told at the start is the number at the end. If we cannot make a deal work honestly, we tell you to walk, even when walking costs us the fee.
